Cache ids overlapp

I have an incident where cache ids (in /space/autotool/new-cache/) overlap. This is especially problematic for our pre-generated tasks where creating a single task might take up to several minutes (the users are not able to regenerate tasks as it takes too long and the request is aborted due to timeouts). The conflicting tasks are of different task types.
